Hi, I'm Daniel.
I grew up in the Lower Mainland and have spent many years working in hospitality, where I learned the importance of listening, building genuine relationships, and making sure people feel looked after.
My path to real estate wasn't exactly a straight line. I attended UBC and later went to flight school to pursue my pilot's licence before discovering my interest in real estate. Each experience taught me something different, but working with people has always been at the centre of what I enjoy doing.
I've carried that approach into real estate. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and my goal is to make the experience straightforward, comfortable, and personal. At the end of the day, what matters most to me is seeing my clients happy with where they've ended up.

I highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking to buy in the lower mainland. He genuinely cares about finding the home that best suits his clients. I never once felt any sales pressure. He secured us a deal at 60k below asking price and advised us against simply buying the place if he could not secure us a good enough deal. He is remarkably kind, even going as far as to offer to help pack our boxes, which we declined.
I had viewed a few places with other realtors when my family decided it was time to start looking. 'This place would be great BUT (insert what it was missing or what needed to be fixed or compromised away)' or, 'here's a place way above budget, you could just jack hammer this floor'... and then I remembered that 6 months prior I had spoken with this young man who seemed like he was genuinely interested in finding the right fit, but it wasnt quite time yet. Enter Daniel. Affectionately referred to now as 'Daniel Son'. He was kind and patient and used no pressure tactics whatsoever. A breath of fresh air! We only viewed 2 places before he found us our match. If we saw something we were curious about he'd take a look and honestly answer what was positive or negative about it so we weren't wasting our time, energy and frankly, gas (in this economy?). During the closing process Daniel was extremely informative and communicative. If he didn't know the answer, he found the answer so I didn't feel lost in the process (first time buyer here). And then, icing on the cake, the guy offers to help us move....TWICE! (I would never do that to you) Hats off Daniel Son! My family and love you to bits! If I could rate you higher I would! You absolutely deserve a raise, a partnership, etc etc...xoxo
